1. Scope & Pilot Status
This Service is provided for piloting and beta testing only. TINFE® provides research-level instrumental data processing software. By using the Service, you acknowledge it is in "Beta" and may experience interruptions or changes without notice.
2. Research Use Only (RUO)
TINFE® is NOT a medical device. The Service is intended for research and development purposes only. You may not use results for clinical diagnostics, safety-critical applications, or compliance filings without express written consent.
3. Data & Intellectual Property
- User Content: You retain ownership of all uploaded raw data. You grant us a license to process this data to provide and improve the Service.
- Derived Data: You own the results/models produced for your research, subject to your compliance with these terms.
- Feedback: Any suggestions or reports you provide become our property, usable without restriction or compensation.
4. Collaborative Discussions & Demos
If you share screens, data, or proprietary workflows during a Demo or via email:
- You represent that you have the right to share such information.
- We will treat shared data as Confidential Information.
- Any Feedback (suggestions, bug reports, or feature ideas) provided during these discussions is assigned to TINFE HTS llc to be used without restriction or compensation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Croatian law, TINFE HTS llc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
